Grace Ops Agency was founded by Andrea Eastman to support women founders who are building real businesses... and feeling the weight of operations increase as they grow.
Andrea brings senior-level operational leadership from decades spent inside complex, multi-location organizations, where she has overseen day-to-day operations, revenue performance, team execution, and strategic growth initiatives. Her work has included operational analysis across multiple business units, leadership team support, systems implementation, and decision-making at the executive level.
As a Senior Vice President of Operations, Andrea has been responsible for translating strategy into execution, ensuring that teams, systems, and priorities stay aligned as organizations scale. This experience informs the way Grace Ops Agency partners with founders: calmly, decisively, and with a focus on what actually makes a business run well.
In addition to private-sector operations leadership, Andrea is actively engaged in government contracting and institutional operations work, including compliance-driven environments that require structure, documentation, and disciplined execution.
This lens brings an added level of rigor and accountability to client engagements, even when working with small, founder-led teams.
